Hi guys, I have a position open in San Francisco. This is more of a
'server side flash' position. Thanks!

Work on the Mochi Media Flash ad infrastructure and developer tools.
Your code gets run millions of times a day worldwide to our network of
flash games. Write compact, efficient and reliable software from the
developer APIs down to the server delivered Flash that communicates
with our back end technologies. Understand the ins and outs of
Ã…ctionscript 1 through 3 while coming up with new and creative ways to
better deliver the user experience and tools our developers expect.
The ideal candidate will have solid overall engineering experience
from common server side technologies to client side code with the
flexibility to dive anywhere in between. They will have the tenacity
to solve problems under hard constraints and quickly understand the
impact of code and design changes in software that gets delivered
millions of times a day to
different Flash environments. If you worked on the Flash player,
you've probably got the skillset we need. Familiarity with
ActionScript 1-3 and proficiency in UNIX a plus.

If that describes you, let me now describe Mochi:
Mochi Media is a startup dedicated to fueling the creativity of the
gaming community. Through the MochiAds network of games, we reach over
60 million users each month, providing tools and services to support
the creativity of game developers and enabling advertisers to reach
their target consumers. The company has been operating for two years
and continues to grow at a phenomenal pace. Since its launch, Mochi
Media has achieved status as one of the hottest startups in the space
and is backed by Accel Partners and Shasta Ventures.

Key Stats:

* 20% impression growth every month for almost a year
* 60MM unique users every month
* Strong and rapidly growing revenues
* Small team where you can come in and have an immediate impact
