SJF, The only thing he _could_ have stripped out is code from the non-intrinsic Flash code; for example, the Flash component classes, the Flex components and framework.
Those aren't intrinsic, but _are_ bundled with Flash/Flex. Intrinsics, by their nature, are part of the Flash Player as I said. So you couldn't strip code from Sprite, because it's intrinsic. But you could strip code from mx.controls.UIButton.
