Asking AT&T for anything is usually a waste of time. :( I hope there are other alternatives, or else I'm in for a LONG uphill battle.
Besides these will be assorted kiosks, in assorted places, so contacting local phone companies, more than likely will not be an option. I'm hoping there is a server side solution possibility.
