Think Sublime Text 2 has a lot of those functions in the packages repo. You can also version control via github as well as SVN.
Reason I switched from DW was due to the CSS pre-processor packages for SASS and LESS, and LiveReload makes authoring css so much easier. Tis an amazing text editor, but it's horses for courses really. I still use DW to setup sites and configure localhost server settings, but that's about it. Comprehensive jQuery auto-completion/code-hint as well as PHP 2. Built-in FTP & SVN client Obviously never touch the WYSIWYG editor. Please let me know if there are alternative with above equipped. I don't like to be laughed at. But I know none.
