Kenneth, thanks for bringing Dreamweaver up. I have been using it for years and have been happy enough, but I'm checking out phpStorm right now myself and so far, I would have to agree that it's an improvement. I'm always leery of the fan boy mentality - sometimes to my own detriment. So often there is too much hype and too little substance. New technologies and tools seem to be consumed like crack. However, sometimes there really is a better tool. Maybe phpStorm? Maybe Zend? Thanks all.
