hey! uwe signaled that he wants to review this, so here is a rebased (onto r1432)) version. i have integrated all fixups to date, but there should probably be a few dbg -> dbg2 conversions too... this can wait though: getting SPI support for serprog is probably useful for quite a few people (since there have been 2,5 implementations from 3 ppl for this already ;)
this is untested, but i will test it with spi hardware before committing. anyone around with other interfaces who can test those?
