In some modes, the main marker is wider than the modem bandwidth. The
transmit-lock marker must always be the same width as vertical tracks.

The two big changes are in bold.
RSID is now a background modem that runs concurrent with your normal
operations. You can have the RSID detector automatically change the
operation to the detected frequency and mode, or simply annunciate the
detected RSID signal. Please test this as often as you can. This is a
significant change in the processing path for RSID. Thanks Stelios.
