I was bored last evening (bands bad) and thought I should try linux . So, I attempted to install a dual boot system of Windows XP and Ubuntu 9.04. It failed since the partitioner did not give the usual "side-by-side" option . Had to use a rescue CD to get Windows back. I'll try again tonight , if I get bored again.
That leads to my question, are there any substantial differences in the Linux alpha versions of Fldigi versus the Windows versions ? Andy K3UK
