Dave, You've been busy!
I tried it with my FT100D, and unfortunately it only partially works. * The frequency does not display (it displays all 0.000), and the mode and filter do not display to reflect changes at the radio. * When I try to enter a frequency, I can not enter any numbers to the right of the decimal point. Also, to get 7.0 MHz, I have to enter "70.000". * The S-meter displays occasionally for very strong signals, but seems to be off. * I CAN change mode to any of the modes in the list, and the radio properly changes. * PTT via CAT works as it should. Also, PTT via serial port works as it should. I tried massively increasing the time delays for the CAT, but that did not improve things. Here is a short burst from the event log in debug mode while it was polling for frequency. Perhaps you can make something of it. The frequency was set to 7.000.000 MHz.
