Suggest you might use the existing 3.13BG macro tags as follows:

Call CQ with RSID

<TXRSID:on><TX>CQ CQ CQ de <MYCALL> <MYCALL> <MYCALL><RX>

QSO exchange

<TXRSID:off><TX><CALL> <CALL> de <MYCALL>

Turning TXRSID off if it is already off will be ignored.  You can safely 
that tag to the beginning any macro which you want to associate with 
RSID repression.

The various programs that support a macro language do not implement them 
in the same manner.  So what works for one program may not for another 
and vice versa.
