I've had this going back to last July.  It seems to be specific to some 
Yaesu models.  When flrig exits, it sends a mode change to CWR on my 
FT-857D & 897D radios.  When flrig starts, it resumes the last mode it 
was in at shutdown.  No change to behavior with/without Fldigi running.

Does the same behavior on Win7,Vista,XP,W2K,Ubuntu, and Puppy Linux.
