3.13BP is working great here so far.

And I see the ability to select/de-select the RSID for the various modes
and the ability to select "opmode" modes view.

These changes are fantastic and will be a great help for our emcomm ops
here in WPA. We're going to be encouraging folks (our team members and
EMA/EOC stations) to monitor our call frequency on 80m. RSID select
will allow them to park on a fixed freq, and set RSID to only detect
Olivia or MT63 (our primary wrap modes). We use Olivia 8/500 for short
wrap messages and MT63 for detailed reports, spread sheets and blocks of
formal messages as separate wraps in a single transmission.

An EOC, for instance, would only have to turn on the HF rig to our freq
in a memory channel, turn on the computer with all the settings already
configured, and all they would need to know is how to check the WRAP
folder as any formal, priority or emergency traffic which we would
always send as wrap. This acts as a kind of filter so they wouldn't
have to sift through chat and diddle to see the important traffic.

BTW, I am not advocating sending messages to specific
unmanned/unlicensed stations which would be a violation of the
regulations. However, there is nothing saying that an unlicensed
station is prohibited from monitoring traffic that we send between our
licensed stations. The ultimate goal is to show the value in digi
emcomm and put some of the gear to use at EOCs and EMAs which would give
us a better chance of being invited in to run the stations during drills
and actual emergencies.

Thanks again to the team for all the great work! We're putting it to
good use here in WPA!
