Hi,
Since few versions at running fldigi the water fall appears all shifted to the left as in attached fldigi_1...

After scratching the left border of the main window to left and than to right again it appears nice as once ....see fldigi_2.

Same happens after clicking on QSY and back Right_QSY.

Is there a way to change that ?

I now have it working correctly with no waterfall shifting. I entered my settings, saved and closed the tab. Closed and restarted fldigi and the moving waterfall went away. I'll leave this for the experts.

I'm seeing this too.

It looks like Fldigi does not remember where you had the waterfall scrolled to after a restart.

If you have it on x2 and set the left side where you want it, it scrolls to center the waterfall again and cuts off the left side where you ahd it on a restart.

I'd like to see it remember where you were.

The designed behavior is to center the waterfall at the last audio sub-carrier point on a restart. If the entire waterfall can be displayed then no shifting occurs. If not (most prevalent on x2 or x4 WF expansion) then the waterfall start frequency will be shifted . This is not a QSY, but simply a re-centering of the WF display. I prefer the current implementation. I suppose another configuration item could be added to the waterfall configuration tabs to allow selection of the startup behavior. Restoring the exact WF positioning on restart can also be implemented if the testers say that is less confusing. Let the group know what your preference is.
Restore Center Don't Care.
