FLDIGI 3.13BW observations, compiled from scratch, build info at the end.

Tested with a !!! right now !!! aperture of 17m and 15m to europe.

- Not working the autofill contry and azimut (from cty.dat) for a new or
in logbook call clicked (config is checked)
- Not working the autofill QRA & QTH from a in logbook contact, plus the
before mentioned fields
- Double click on a new call does not clean the data (name, QTH, Country,
loc, az, etc + autofill if in logbook contact) as in previous versions
(these three tips are noted from 3.13BV...)
- Pulse operation is smooth and clean.
