Light buttons must be a very familiar metaphor since so many rigs have
them.  Other than AFC/SQL, there are plenty of places in fldigi where we
use them and they're not optional.

Since the light button colours can now be customised we should probably
remove the check button option altogether.  IIRC the only reason for its
existence was that the default (and at the time non-configurable) light
button indicator colour might not have been discernible from the
button's background by some users, but this shouldn't be an issue
anymore.
