Have you tried PSK 250R. It achieves very high speed and used in conjunction with flwrap for sending files it works very nicely. As for chatting it's rate compares close to 800 words per minute so chatting isn't very feasible with this or the modes you suggested unless you can type that fast.
I have had great success and use less bandwidth so others can share the spectrum using PSK250R. Let me know how your testing has been with this mode. Of course there might be some advantage I am missing with a wider bandwidth PSK that would justify using them as opposed to other modes.
