Thanks for the answers.  Duhhh - now I feel stooopid! 

I did not see that in the documentation at http://www.w1hkj.com/FldigiHelp-3.21/signal-browser.html, but now it is obvious.  I did not know what "Seek regular _expression_" in the browser setup meant, and now I know that it just marks matching text with the bold attribute.

Under Configuration >  UI  >  Browser  You will see that whatever text you have setup will be highlighted on the browser. The default is CQ, But you can change that to something such as your call.
