By the way, the upstream vs downstream packet loss stats (both total and
per-packet) is committed. That's probably it for new stats for a while.
Note that I still need to reliably set the per-packet `lost` value in the face
of upstream packet reordering, as I hadn't thought that through well enough.
It's usable today, but `lost_up` is always returned as the generic `lost` for
now. When I fix it, the JSON format won't change.
