Disagree. The uncompleted arc makes the logo more mysterious and challenging leaving a longer impression on the viewer. At the same time, the word is that much easier to read. I just love how the arc also resembles a stylized feather. And incomplete arc also conveys the idea of work remaining to be done and that's why we're here. It's perfect, and it has to be the incomplete arc. Rui
