I think there is a distinction between "Apache Flex Help Channel" and "Help
Channel for Apache Flex".  We probably need legal to clarify.

Further, there is no Apache Flex release to get help on.  Are we going to
deny help on that channel to anyone using Adobe Flex?

I think it should just be called "Flex Help Channel" or "Flex SDK Help
Channel".
