completly disagree with you.

If you are happy with ANT I think you have the way you want to build.

If others (me included) want *apache flex maven artifacts* they have what
they want.

Is as easy as that. I don't use ANT, but you will not see me trying to
avoid people for targeting that build tool since I see many people use it.
But understand that many other people relies on Maven and that people are
working in enviroments different to your enviroment.

Again you and other people using ANT does not have to be affected for the
Maven support in providing the maven artifacts. I think is the oppossite,
if maven artifacts is provided, then many other people will came to Apache
Flex, and that would make all of us to have a wider community with the
benefits it implies.
