yes, Gordon Smith from adobe and maybe some other guys from adobe are working on Falcon JS internally at adobe. Currently they're working rather on AS3->HTML compiler than Flex->html compiler. When the compiler falcon js would be donated, the framework can be extended / rewrited in order to face the dual output challenge. More info:
