And what about the idea to let Apache flex team get access to FalconJS
source code, before it has been officially donated?
It was asked at flex summit and Adobe seemed to be ok with that.

Falcon JS has not been donated to Apache yet. It will probably follow
Falcon since I think some parts rely on it.
Adobe Falcon JS has not been promised as a release.
