Flash builder support is good.... but did nothing related to it so far.

Anyway, yes, there is a room for creating FlashbuilderMojo.....  Is just a
matter of redesigning FlexbuilderMojo to has some methods to be overwritten
by FlashbuilderMojo, then both will have a common base code.
