The automation libraries are for automated UI testing, not FlexUnit
unit testing. They are for things like FlexMonkey, QTP, SilkTest, etc.
I believe if you are very careful about how you code, and follow
FlexMonkey's guidelines, there is a way to run FlexMonkey tests
without the automation libraries, but you'd need to confirm that.

You also get the profiler, network monitor, and integrated FlexUnit
tests from within FB. You will still be able to run FlexUnit tests
from the command line with standard, but Pro lets you run them from
within FB, just run a single test, etc.
