Unless there is a bug in adobe's licensing code, it will still include the automation libraries, but you will be limited to something like 30 tasks before they stop working, so they'll be essentially useless. Sort of like the trial watermark on the charts before. So switching to the standard key is likely to break your QTP tests, yes. You could continue to use your FB3 Pro code for as long as Adobe supports it (I have no idea on how long the FB3 keys will work with newer automation libs).
