I got this to work with the latest FM 4 release and SDK.
The only difference with FM3 is that I included the fonts by using :
<includeFiles>
<scan>
<directory>${project.build.sourceDirectory}</directory>
<includes>
<include>**/*</include>
<!-- will include everything
css/images/fonts and source files -->
</includes>
</scan>
</includeFiles>
