In flash builder, if you specify a flex library project, all files in the project are included in compilation (though this is configurable). But for a flex project, only files that are referenced are compiled. Flex mojos seems to compile swfs like a swc, in that classes that are in the source tree but are not referenced are compiled. Is this configurable?
