Jeffry,

Your words of caution on Education licenses are very wise.

However, a prior post regarding Flex Education pricing prompted Kevin
Mulvihill to research this fairly vigorously. You can find his analysis at
this link:
http://www.mail-archive.com/[email protected]/msg34535.html

He bases his analysis on the Education Purchasing
FAQ<http://www.adobe.com/education/purchasing/faq.html>at at
Adobe.com. And regarding students, it unambiguously says:
You can use Adobe Education software (any title!) to produce
commercial/professional paid-for work when you leave school, or even while
you are in school. In this regard, Adobe does not limit how student software
is used. So students can use it to learn and to make money!

The Education Purchasing
FAQ<http://www.adobe.com/education/purchasing/faq.html>is silent on
teachers and professors.
