ments

Specifically:
"A new gateway that can be used to notify a Flex 2 destination of
changes in the data being managed by the destination."

This means the ColdFusion gateway will be able to send a message to FDS
of a change to data used in the FDS CF-destinations. In other words,
you can update data from your ColdFusion application, then send a
gateway message that will notify FDS, then all the client's using the
Flex front end to the FDS app will see the changes.
