Hi Abhinav,
you can achieve this using CursorManager class. Following can help you
[Embed(source="assets/handCursor.gif")]
[Bindable]
public var handCursor:Class;
private function onCreationComplete():void{
CursorManager.setCursor(handCursor);
}
As far as drag and drop is concerned, you should take a look on Drag
and Drop in Flex Livedocs.
