They are : At least 7-8yrs Years of experience of which at least 2+ years should be in Flex and 4+ in Flash based development. Desired skill set : • Flex 2/Flex 3, • ActionScript 2/3 • Flash CS3, Flash 8.0, Actionscript 3.0, Actionscript 2.0, Flash MX 2004, XML as data source, Flash with JavaScript • DHTML, HTML , strong knowledge of CSS • Strong in JavaScript/ Ajax/Jquery • Hands on experience at expert level in Photoshop and Dreamweaver • Exposure to BlazeDS or LCDS server would be good • Should be able to create very complicated UI using Flash editor and/or Flex components through skinning. • Strong in object oriented design • Good to have Working knowledge of a server-side programming language like ASP.net, Java • Sound knowledge of Web application architecture • Knowledge of at least one source control e.g. Subversion / VSS / Clearcase • Excellent communication skill • Good problem solver Purpose of the role: • To interact with the client, understand the requirement and manage the team to design, develop and deliver the product on time with high quality to ensure client satisfaction • Strategy/ Policy • Align the strategy/policy in line with the company standards and practices to implement and deliver the end product on time with high quality Operational • Gather requirements from client • Create both high and low level design • Review own and other’s design • Implement (Coding / Configuration) code review • Allocate tasks and monitor them on a regular basis • Review unit test plan • Provide status updates to the Project Manager • Interact with the Project Manager for resource allocation and estimation • Configuration Management • Develop Proof of Concepts (prototype) People • Mentor junior engineers in the team • Train team members and new joinees on technical issues • Manage resource allocation • Interview (technical) future recruits for the team Regards Thiru On Jan 5, 3:29 pm, thiru <[email protected]> wrote: > Hi Friends > > We have a opening for Flex and Flash Technical Lead in our company, if > any one interested please mail me your update resume to > [email protected], for any queries and job description feel > free to email me > > Regards > Thiru
