* If your company / organization doesn't give you any Flex project, it is not meant that the Technology is going to die. * Moreover it depends on the Client's need and requirement. You cannot simply say "We don't have a project / work in Flex".. Adobe is taking Flash Platform and HTML 5 / CSS 3 into the new arena. Wait and watch their amazing innovations.
