Hi,

No one is going to decide what is better - website or RIA. But there are two
separate questions: 1) what is best choice for website? and 2) what is best
choice for RIA?

As Flex will never be good choice for site construction - too heavy for site
body, so HTML5 will never be good choice for "fat" client (RIA) with rich
dynamic and interactive graphics
