Ok let me propvide a bit more details ok. What I have is a program called Jrun with the words Jrun JAR Launcher undereneath its name. When I click on it I get a thing that says Jrun launcher.  S0 I click on the default and I click start. Well it runs for about 30 seconds then I get a message that says Jrun configuration error. I assume if I did not get the error the program would run. Yahoo!
