It seems that every time I turn around Flex is taking something utterly basic and making it a lot more difficult than it needs to be. I'll check through the samples on your blog but it really escapes me why Adobe can't just make it easier to do simple things in Flex. Make simple things simple and make impossible things possible. Currently something as stupefyingly basic as setting the style of a row is turning out to be a small nightmare. Sorry for the rant but I've been working around this issue for some time now and it is frustrating that I need to jump through so many hoops to do this.
