I need Oracle, because part of the software is based on big PL/SQL 
logic.

Yes, I`m debugging, redeploing using Flex Builder.

The point is that I`m not sure where the bottle neck is. 
I don`t know what will make compile process, or eclipse opening some 
file - faster.  Will dual-> quad core change give me 50% speed up , 
or only 2% etc.

I`ll have to check this out about Flash on 64bit, and read some more 
about using >3GB on XP 32bit.
But even 3GB seems to be a lot - right now i have >1GB free all the 
time. Its just this stupid windows, which can give me some 'out of 
memory' problems , while there is still 1GB free
