[flexcoders] Getting AutoCompletion to work in Flex 4

Am I doing something wrong or is it because it is in not even in alpha so this 
stuff hasnt been worked out? Just wondering If I am just missing something, 
that is all.  For Example when I do 
<ns:Rect>
    And Open a Bracket Here, I don't get Hints
<ns:fill>
  no hints here.
</ns:fill> etc..
</Rect>
