Gumbo components will probably have a different default behavior. Not sure we'll change the existing components for BC purposes.
My untested suggestion picked up ADDED_TO_STAGE in capture phase, so bubbling isn't required. Mike, I don't recall that conversation, but someday, after we all move to Gumbo, I hope we don't hear about this issue and the one about scrollbars occluding content again.
