Tried this but no luck...still says missing .html file.  

And yes the html-template file is still there.

I pretty sure it has to do with SVN. I really wish Adobe would fix the
issues with svn html-template and bin-debug issues.

I just took an hour out of day and created a new project and imported
all my code from the old project.
