We did rename some of the jar files so make sure you remove all of the old flex-messaging* jar files before copying in the new ones. In particular flex-messaging.jar went away and is replaced by lots of smaller jar files flex-messaging-data.jar etc. This was to implement the BlazeDS/LCDS split.
