Naveen, Hi. Are you already familiar with embedding fonts in a Flex application? And, if you are, are you using the programmatic approach, or the SWF approach?
You've probably already explored this, but one other option is to just use the _sans system font, rather than embed a Japanese font. We do this for super large character sets (like Japanese). Of course, it doesn't look nearly as nice.
