I'm sorry that the question still can't be solve.

The all error message is 

SecurityError: Error #2060: Security sandbox violation: 
ExternalInterface caller file://C:\Documents and 
Settings\Administrator\Desktop\test\test.swf cannot access 
file://C:\Documents and 
Settings\Administrator\Desktop\test\test.html.
        at flash.external::ExternalInterface$/_initJS()
        at flash.external::ExternalInterface$/call()

I don't understand they are at the same datafolder, why can't they  
communicate?

I'll try my best to find solution.
