I had thought that I'd used the code there to allow users to drag/drop
reorder and move tree nodes, but it was quite a long while ago so I may
well be wrong.
It wasn't perfect, but not bad at all.
Also I may have misunderstood what you are looking for.
Still, glad it wasn't entirely wasted!
