I noticed several bugs while trying to setup my application for full screen mode: - Text fields not editable - keyboard events not dispatched - IFrame stay blank - ProgressBar crashing the browser (I guess this is the same issue as the one you describe) - Drag and drop severe performance issues (My app uses flexlib's MDI windows)
And this, on Flash Player 9 & 10, Linux and Windows.
