Aldo, I haven't heard of that issue before. If you could come up with a simple test case showing the behavior and file the bug at http://bugs.adobe.com/flex/ somebody on the Flex SDK team can take a look.
In the meantime, I can try and play around with that today and see if I can see the same issues. Thanks, Peter
