Okay some good advise here. Speaking about my own level rather then the others I think I'm pretty competitent, although its hard to be objective about oneself. I've created a few item renderers. I'm pretty happy diving into the framework to try to find more information. Sure I'm not graphic designer but then again thats not my job.
So I guess thats an intermediate level? My worry about going somewhere for training is that I wouldn't learn enough to be worth the cost.
