I'm particularly interested in learning about what happens to variables/ objects that are declared in a local function but are assigned to the global 'Model', then the function ends so the local variable, I guess dies with it... Am I right to assume that because that Object is still referenced by the global 'Model' the Object in memory is kept and not garbage collected.
