Could possibly be, but any evidence to the fact has been swept under the carpet as I change it to <states> for a while and it worked. I have set it back to <mx:states> again and all is okay. *whistles gently*.
However ModuleTitleWindow is currently <ModuleTitleWindow> and desn't want to be called <mx:ModuleTitleWindow> or anything else for that matter. Not up on namespaces so I have left it as is for now. may want to name it something in the future though, looks better. - Stephen
