Hi all, A apologetic reply email from Adobe technical support acknowledging a mistake, shows healthy reflexes and is the right thing they 've done.
But I don't think this incident is characteristic of only a certain company. These globalised economic crisis days I expect we will see more of this. And it's a sad thing... so, let's develop some RIAs instead.
